Elie Hirschfeld is renowned for his charitable donations, and has long been a patron of children's causes, healthcare, and the arts. He serves on the boards of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Central Park Conservancy, The Rockefeller University Council, and many other esteemed organizations.

Elie Hirschfeld on Children's Welfare: Upcoming Symposium

Next week, the first annual Elie Hirschfeld Symposium on Child Welfare will take place, on Thursday  January 24th. Held in NYU's Greenberg Lounge at 5pm, distinguished panelists will discuss racial injustice and children's welfare.  Chris Gottlieb will moderate the event, and a reception will follow. This symposium is sponsored in part by NYU's Family Defense Clinic as well as the Review of Law and Social Change.   Elie Hirschfeld has long been invested in philanthropic causes focused on children's health and wellbeing.
